In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "pp777," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the pp777 platform accessible at pp777.bid.
• "Platform" refers to the pp777 website, mobile-optimized site, and all gaming products, tools, and services made available through pp777.bid.
• "Player," "you," or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pp777 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Funds" means real money deposited by a Player into their pp777 Account for the purpose of participating in games.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility to operate an Account.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "RTP" refers to Return to Player — the theoretical long-term payout percentage of a given game, expressed as a percentage of total amounts wagered.

By accessing or using the pp777 Platform in any manner — including by browsing the site, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pp777 Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pp777. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must not create or continue to use any Account on pp777.

Use of the pp777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of pp777 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or gaming facility, whether via the pp777 self-exclusion tools or any external program.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.

pp777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pp777 may result in account restriction or closure.

To participate in real-money games on the pp777 Platform, you must register a single Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pp777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to register using your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. The name on your pp777 Account must match the name on your government-issued identification documents. pp777 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 KYC Verification

All pp777 Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID, together with proof of address. pp777 may also request a selfie or liveness check for additional verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp777 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including:

• Using a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclosing your password to any third party, including pp777 support staff — who will never ask for your password.
• Logging out of your pp777 session on any shared or public device.
• Notifying pp777 immediately at support@pp777.bid if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

pp777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such unauthorized access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pp777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed on the pp777 Payment page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — pp777 does not accept third-party deposits.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. pp777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pp777 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to delay, hold, or reject any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Funds identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

pp777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all pp777 bonus offers:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable; they may not be shared between accounts.
• pp777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through fraudulent play, multi-accounting, or manipulation of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• VIP cashback and tier benefits under the pp777 Black Diamond VIP Program are governed by separate VIP Program Terms communicated to eligible members.

All games available on the pp777 Platform are operated in accordance with individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

pp777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for applicable games and sources live dealer content from audited third-party studio providers. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return calculated across a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed to a Player and the result recorded on pp777's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. pp777 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions provided that such malfunctions are promptly identified and appropriately resolved.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pp777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with pp777 staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Abusing the pp777 customer support service through harassment, threats, or the provision of false information.

pp777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we maintain a range of tools and resources to support Players who wish to manage their gaming activity.

Available responsible gaming tools within your pp777 Account include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be initiated for a minimum period of six (6) months and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Responsible gaming resources and the requirement for a minimum age of 21 years are maintained in accordance with the standards set by PAGCOR for online gaming operators in the Philippines. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of pp777. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, including any periods of maintenance or technical downtime.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the Platform, including outcomes arising from technical malfunctions that are promptly identified and corrected.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, including game rules, RTP figures, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pp777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate account closure.
• The continued operation of an Account poses a risk to pp777 or other Players.

On closure of an Account, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting pp777 support at support@pp777.bid. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.

pp777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pp777 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pp777 customer support. pp777 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
